Festivals, concerts and events – the summer brings with it lots of good music and colour. Even if the weather continues to throw a few tantrums, we are ready to recommend the perfect outfits for your summer events.

Coachella glam

On 12 April, Coachella Festival returns with its parade of stars and world music icons ready to perform. What will be this year’s must-have items? For those not familiar with it, Coachella is a music festival held annually in Indio, California, a town in the Coachella Valley that also encompasses the Colorado desert. Year after year, this unique setting attracts stars and music fans from all over the world. Over the years, the festival has also become associated with fashion. So much so that there is an actual Coachella style made of original and glamorous garments designed to express oneself without rules. Well, there is one rule.

The look must express your passions and personality, which becomes the most glamorous accessory.

This year we can expect a major presence of the grunge style, a trend also launched this year by grunge make-up inspired by 90s rock bands. Give way to oversized shirts tied at the waist, T-shirts and the king of concerts: shorts.

When we talk about shorts, however, don’t automatically think of the short shorts that not everyone likes. This season’s trend is actually mid-length denim shorts. They suit every body shape, they’re comfortable and they’re perfect for rocking out under the stage care-free in a 90s mood.

Taylor Swift and the clean girl style

From America we move on to Italy, because this summer sees one of the most anticipated events of the year: Taylor Swift returns to Italy. The American sensation will be in Milan on a double date in July. Tickets are already sold out, so it’s time to get your outfits ready. On top of being a global phenomenon in the music world, Taylor Swift has definitely earnt the title of fashion icon. Her fame has gone hand in hand with the clean girl trend: simple, yet elegant and glamorous. Thus, a new way of experiencing the concert arises.

Not only comfort but also elegance and style, to be expressed through more sophisticated garments.

Concert outfits meet more classic glam, embracing long dresses or mini-dresses to feel like music and fashion queens. Don’t overlook comfort, as a concert can last up to several hours, not to mention waiting times and long queues. This is why our outfits fulfil both criteria. Choose a dress, even a long one, but in a comfortable fabric such as viscose or ribbed knit. It should fit the body perfectly, follow your movements and is glamorous without compromising on comfort. Since country music is trending more than ever this year, why not pair it with cowboy boots?

Light music and rock: here are the top outfits

For the Made in Italy concert season, we were inspired by the style icon of Italian rock music: Loredana Bertè. The singer entranced us at Sanremo with her hymn to self-love, and we decided to accept her invitation by revolutionising the classic concert look with our most fierce garments. The buzz word is dare, not with a garment but with your personality.

This style is all about loving yourself and not being afraid to take your personality with you wherever you go.

If you prefer to go to a concert in a tulle skirt because you feel like a rock princess, do it! If you love denim but aren’t a fan of pairing it with basic 90s sweaters, an outfit that never gets old at concerts, try mixing styles by adding a boho-chic touch to your look with our ribbed knitted crop top. If your style is romantic, don’t be afraid to be bold with pastel-coloured dresses, paired with trainers and a mini bag.

Music helps us feel free, so we want our garments to make you feel the same way. Alive, free and strong, just like you.
