Denise is the shop manager of the Rinascimento store in Savignano and has been doing this job for six years now. Six years of encounters and discoveries that taught her how to help women with their choices, encouraging them to express themselves through fashion. 

When she walks into the shop, she greets her colleagues and takes her first look at the collection, checking the new arrivals, feeling the garments and organising the shop with the team.

When you walk into one of our stores, in addition to being greeted by the style consultants, you can order the garments you have seen online directly at the checkout. When the order arrives at the store, you can try on the garments and see what they can be matched with. At this point, ‘if you like it you keep it or we handle the return, it’s completely free and you get your money back directly into your bank account’, Denise explains. In-store advice is essential when you have doubts or aren’t sure about the fit of a garment. The style consultants are attentive professionals with an extensive knowledge of women’s needs and the Rinascimento collections.

The service she is talking about is called ‘Ask & Buy’ and is one of the advantages Rinascimento has designed for its customers. A service that combines the speed of the online shop with the convenience of the physical store. 

You can also manage the orders yourself at home. In this case ‘you can buy the garment online and have it sent to the shop. We still handle the return and maybe we can give you some advice in the fitting room, which could help you make a final decision on the garment’.
