For Marilena, Store Manager of the Rinascimento store in Pavia, fashion is a family affair. Passionate about tailoring and design since childhood, she brings her story and desire to help women feel beautiful to the store.

Marilena has been working as a Store Manager for Rinascimento for four years now. The excitement of the beginning has been replaced by something equally beautiful and essential to her job: a sense of fulfilment.

Working at a store means first and foremost meeting people, women who have a desire ‘to feel beautiful, to be happy with a purchase, regardless of the price’. Marilena says that to welcome a customer she prepares thoroughly and a long time in advance. ‘I have the habit of going to the store at least an hour beforehand so that it’s always in perfect condition’, ready to welcome the customers.

Marilena is the store manager, and yet she has one certainty – she is never alone; she knows that she has a solid company behind her that ‘helps me at any point in my day, from checking a statistic to a problem with an individual garment’. She says, ‘Rinascimento’s support lies in teaching us everything all-round’.

She says Rinascimento has been a constant presence throughout her career, a company she has come to know and which she trusts. But above all, a brand whose clothes and collections she loves, with a soft spot for the style of suits, jumpsuits and sheath dresses.
